How to best store the lip balms?
Our lip balms are 100% natural, we use unrefined, fresh, organic and 100% natural ingredients. No artificial preservatives are used. Thus they need to be stored accordingly to ensure longevity.
We recommend that you store them between 4° to 22°C. Please do not leave them in direct sunlight or hot cars. While our lip balms are heat stable, the melt & solidify cycle can change their texture. Proper storage, away from direct sunlight & heat will ensure you’ll retain the original smooth and creamy texture.
How long does a tube last?
This depends on how often you use the lip balm. For normal use it can last approximately 4 to 6 months.
We handcraft our lip balms in small batches to ensure fresh yummy lip balms are sent to you. We recommend you use them within 12 months.
Are your tubes recyclable?
Yes our tubes are recyclable. We use FDA approved, BPA-free, non-toxic food grade #5 tubes.
Do you add any alcohol to your balms?
No we don't. We have found that alcohol based lip balms tend to dry out lips.
What type of flavours do you use in your lip balms?
We either use pure essential oils or 100% natural and certified organic flavour compounds.
Which Yes Organics Lip Balm is best for me while I am using an acne treatment such as Accutane?
We recommend our Cocoa & Hempseed Lip Balm for dry/chapped, itchy and inflamed lips resulting from use of acne treatments such Accutane.
